Owls anyone?

I woke up on this rainy Saturday morning with ... no voice!  If you knew me personally you'd know that I love to chat, so this is a problem (for me, not my husband).  He thinks it's WONDERFUL!  I plan to use this day QUIET day to work on a unit I have in the works and share my newest mystery picture with you.

I've had some requests to make some pictures that go beyond the 100s chart so this one includes numbers up to 120.  This was a HUGE challenge for me, because I could not, no matter how hard I tried get all the numbers to solve on one page, which I thought was necessary.  But, I think I have made it work.  You'll notice there are some questions under the blank chart, but it works!

On the student pages I did not put any owl clip art so it should be a complete mystery for the students as they solve it.

Students need to solve the number of hundreds, tens and ones to find the number.

1 hundred 0 tens 4 ones 104

This is a great whole class activity, but is also perfect for a math station.  If you are using it as a station you can find an "I can..." card HERE.

I have posted this activity at my TPT store on it's own, but I have also included it in my Mystery Picture Bundle. If you already own the bundle, just head on over to your purchases at TPT and redownload - it's as easy as that!

Would you like a copy of the Owl Mystery Picture? I'll send a copy to the first 2 followers who comment on this post.

Happy Saturday!
